Great product, great packaging, great website but driver was a hour late

First of all, thank you very much for the delivery, all went very smoothly. Our son spent almost the whole day yesterday playing in his new sandpit and we look forward to many more years of fun. See below in short my feedback as requested: website - easy to navigate, pictures are true to the product delivered (I was afraid the sand may not be of a nice colour having seen some pictures of grey playsand elsewhere but it is absolutely fine) prices - very pleased that individual bags total came up to the same as if I were buying one 1t bag of sand, and I found your price is the cheapest online delivery - prompt. the driver called about 30 mins beforehand for some detailed instructions which was good for me as I could prepare our driveway prior for his arrival. He was very friendly and wheeled the heavy load all the way to our garage doors which was extremely helpful. products - we love the sand quality, colour and the packaging. We found out we only needed half a tonne to fill in his sandpit and so are glad the rest of the sand is easily storable (unlike it would be if it was all loose in one bag) Many thanks again,
