Dandy’s is an award winning, family run business which has been passed down the generations.
We’ve grown from being the UK’s leading topsoil suppliers into a successful, online garden centre which specialises in bespoke topsoil blends, decorative aggregates, and winter fuels and de-icing supplies such as rock salt and snow shovels.
We are renowned for being producers of unique organic, fertile topsoil mixes; it is the sales of these specialised blends which propelled Dandy’s from a small, local family run business into a trusted, leading brand name which reaches thousands of people across the country each day.
Despite its rapid growth and success, Dandy’s remains a family owned and run business with Adam Dandy and wife Clare taking the helm in 2008.
Most recently the company relocated to Deeside Industrial Park, the largest in Western Europe and the first in the area to be granted Enterprise Zone status.
Dandy’s HQ now boats a 6 acre premises which houses all of the company’s finished products, packaging facility and sales offices.

Dandy's are proud to have cemented a partnership with local Palletforce member, Farralls Transport. The award winning pallet network now distribute all of Dandy’s palleted gardening, landscaping and de-icing supplies to their customers all over the UK.

The Dandy name began life as a business in the early 1800s as Chester’s leading fruit and veg retailers, providing only the finest quality, home grown fruit and veg to Chester’s most prestigious hotels, restaurants and shops.
The company name and brand has been directed through the decades by the family’s dedication to only putting their name to products they are proud to sell; ultimately products they would buy themselves.
